Step 1: Prime your eyelids.

Step 2: Dust a shimmery champagne shade from the lashes to the brow.

Step 3: Blend a soft tan shade in your crease.

Step 4: Tightline with a black pencil liner.

Step 5: Line the upper lash line with a black eyeshadow.

Step 6: Line the upper lash line with a bright blue eyeliner, overlapping the black shadow/liner.

Step 7: Line the lower lash line with a shimmery, nude liner, just to add a bit of color.
